With the subsidy from the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), JODC provides technical guidance and advice in the environmental and energy fields (based on the themes selected through policy dialogues between Japan and developing countries.)
This plays an essential role in R&D capacity building of various research institutes including environment monitoring research institutes.
This program ended FY2007.
