What is meant by "Experts Dispatch Program"? Dispatch record Application Procedure
Application Procedure
As JODC cannot accept applications directly from Receiving Party, please consult carefully with a respective Cooperating Company.
First, the Receiving Party is requested to consult the Cooperating Company which has an equity or business relationship; then,
(1) The Cooperating Company submits an explanation sheet to JODC Headquarters.
(2) The Cooperating Company obtains the application forms from JODC.
(3) The Receiving Party receives a request form (along with the application forms) from the Cooperating Company.
(4) The Receiving Party fills out the request form and send it to the Cooperating Company.
(5) The Cooperating Company submits the application forms to JODC Headquarters.
(6) The application forms goes to screening process. (screening committee)
(7) Agreements 1) between JODC and the Receiving Party, 2) among JODC, Cooperating Company and a expert, are acknowledged.
(8) The expert is dispatched.
 
"Receiving Party" means a local company or local private organization, etc., in a developing country or an another country where the experts are dispatched.
"Cooperating Company" means a Japanese company or Japanese industrial association, etc., that has mainly a financial and/or business relationship with the Receiving Party.
